Does anyone actually work there?
Very poor customer service 2 different days waited over 1 hour for some one to attend counter..when I rang between days was not called back for over 12 hours only to be given a price over phone n when went to store was told it was only an estimate .I live out of town I expect facts from the manager but sadly they are not customer focused..purchased online instead an they wonder why we shop online ..
They always seem to do a good job, and my car has been serviced there for 8 years from new. Staff very friendly, but they have a problem with online booking? Confirm by phone.
