Visited 3 weeks ago, talked to dude, give him my info, and trade in info, said he would call me monday, waited till Saturday and called him, he had to get all my info again, hadn't looked for the model I wanted, and then said he wouldn't even look till my credit check was done. Filled that out, he said he would call monday, waited till tuesday, called him 6 times all day, no answer, then drove 2 hours away to WV and spent $15,000 on what I wanted there! 2 more weeks later and still haven't heard from him, this place sucks an... read more
They are only interested in sales. Forget repairs, they just take it in and you are lucky if you ever see it again. Ask Dale Eddinger.
They installed a part incorrectly and refuse to look at the part. I called them just for them to say not there problem and i would have to pay to fix it
