They take advantage of people in bad situations. Went to pick up my car from the lot after 1 day storage and that wanted 700$. It had literally been towed from a place 10 minutes away and I went there the next morning to pick it up and they were very rude. They said it would be 300$ each additional day. Also they damaged my vehicle. Very rude and unprofessional.

They are hard to get in touch with. And when you do get them on the phone they get an attitude with you. They tell you it's one price on the phone. But when you get there it's something totally different they charge you more money they only accept cash and they can't even give you a breakdown of the itemized bill they just put what they charged you
