You should take clinic and veterinary off your sign. I pulled in as your staff was leaving with my dog who was attacked and dying. Was told your not a vet and denied any assistance. My dog died in my arms on the way to Joplin. Hope your claim to fame isn't compassion for pets or animals, your staff certainly has none.
everything! I know my dogs are in good hands. I've been there when the care is carried out to a vehicle when someone had to say good bye to their beloved pet. you can feel the love when you walk through the door.
My husband Christopher brings our cats here. Everything he tells me makes me love this vets office and doctor more and more! They’re just wonderful!!
We took my 12-13 year old black lab to them. He wasn’t really walking or wanting to eat or drink anything. They looked at him no test, didn’t check his temperature or x-rays said it was arthritis gave him two different pain pills and a muscle relaxer. Told us to just let him rest. Weeks went by he got worse and worse. We called multiple times with the same answer “just let him rest” We knew something wasn’t right so took him to a different vet. I can’t thank them enough for the great care they have provided for my dogs. Yesterday I was shown great caring and understanding after having my dog spayed and several hours later she was still not back to normal, the Anesthesia really took a toll on her, the dr come back in after hours to see her and treat her for this, they were all very nice and polite. Thank you so much for doing a great job and being such caring individuals!
The staff and doc here are very caring and patient. We had our dog spayed and were very impressed with how well and efficient they took care of our Coco.
Seriously Midway Clinic is amazing... Cassidy just got what I needed in a couple minutes and was so sweet on the phone. She provided excellent customer service ... all the Doctors we have been treated by (Dr. Heffley, Dr. Oxford, and Dr. Beard) and the entire crew are just the best Georgia, Jody, Mary all of them are so good to us!
