We scheduled with Midway Vacations through VRBO 6 weeks ago and were confirmed to stay at one of their units beginning in 2 days. 5 days ago, they messaged us stating that they were having issues with the building where we were scheduled to stay and would keep us updated. I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere. My stay was a disaster from start to finish, and the management’s "resolution" was insulting. The Arrival: I wasn't able to check into my room until 3:00 AM due to a trash fire in the building. The Conditions: I woke up at 7:00 AM to a room that was sweltering and humid. There was no electricity and no hot water. When I spoke to maintenance, they informed me that the estimated time for repair is two weeks. Banyan Waikīkī. Nice apartment with great layout. Gorgeous views of Diamondhead and sunrise. Block from the beach and shops. Good communication throughout stay.
We stayed in a beautiful apartment in Honolulu with a convenient location close to the beach, bus stops, and restaurants. The Midway Vacation team was always quick to respond to our requests. I would definitely stay there again
