I've been living here for about four months now and have nothing but positives to say about this place! The property itself is super peaceful and isolated so it feels like it's own neighborhood. Maintenance is super on top of things and very very friendly as well as the management with Ashley and Crystal. They are fantastic and have always been there to help me with any questions or concerns with a smiling face and a helpful spirit. Horrible Experience My husband and I drove 5 hrs from AR to Dallas on Friday 9th. We had tours scheduled the following day to tour several apartments. Midway Urban being 1, & at that time we were excited to tour this area. Our friends currently live there & referred us to Midway Urban. They allowed us to stay with them for the weekend while we found our new home. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Midway Urban Village, especially as someone who was making an international move to Texas. They truly went above and beyond to make the entire process feel smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. Crystal in particular has been absolutely amazing. The guest apartment itself was nice for a one-bedroom, and the front desk staff were friendly and professional. However, there were several issues during my Tuesday–Thursday stay that could have been addressed before my arrival. • The toilet and bathtub were not properly cleaned upon arrival. • The bed was not made, and the sheets appeared to have been previously used. • The dishwasher had an unpleasant odor. • The washing machine and dryer were not functioning, so I had to use a laundromat at my own expense. • The hallway ... read more
Very disappointing experience with the management team. We were residents for over a year and had no issues throughout our entire stay. When we moved out, management even confirmed by email that there were no outstanding issues. Despite this, we later received a collection notice claiming that we owed money when we did not. After significant effort and multiple attempts to contact management, the collection was eventually removed.
