We just had the honor and pleasure of meeting Crystal, one of the leasing agents at Midway Urban Village! We were so impressed and pleased at her candor, kindness, and professionalism. My husband and I are thinking about moving back to the MUV after a few years. Ive really enjoyed my time at this complex, however, the ongoing issue with the elevator being down has become just more than inconvenient. The elevator has been broken for almost two months now and the repair keeps getting pushed back. We were originally told that it would be fixed after fire alarm testing weeks ago, then it got pushed to August 6th when the parts came in, now we just got an email today saying it will be another 2 weeks for more parts to be delivered. The elevator has been out of service for over a month, and I live on the 4th floor. Every day, I am forced to climb up and down four flights of stairs. This is not just inconvenient it has become physically painful. I had ankle surgery a few months ago and still have ongoing ankle issues, so using the stairs multiple times a day is extremely difficult for me. I am exhausted, frustrated, and deeply disappointed. Did a tour and really liked the apartment because it had an elevator in the building so being on the 3rd floor shouldn't have been an issue. The day I moved in I find out the only elevator has been broken for several weeks. Nobody thought to call or text me that information beforehand. I found out after I signed for my key and wheeled my first dolly full of boxes to the elevator.
