S/O to the residents for their honest reviews -NOBODY is gonna play with my Money - this apartment seemed too good to be true, but its ways management that ruins everything
Myself along with a few other travel nurses went in to tour the building. The leasing agent was soooo rude. The lady as soon as you walk in make a quick left in the corner. I believe her name is Ashley. You can tell she doesn't enjoy her job, she's very unapproachable no greeting smile non of the professionalism you are supposed to experience when you walk in to potentially lease your future home. Caprice is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. She spread alleged statements that led to the property manager being fired, and her repeated dishonesty calls her credibility into question. She should not be representing this company.
I’ve lived at Midway Urban Village for nearly five years and I’m generally a low-maintenance resident. Unfortunately, when I do need the leasing office, the experience is consistently frustrating and has gotten worse over time. The biggest issues are poor communication, lack of follow-through, billing mistakes, and little to no accountability. I want to share my experience because it reflects a pattern I encountered personally and also one that appears in many other reviews of this property.
