I stopped in to look at trailers and they didn't have want i wanted so i asked the salesman to get me a quote on have one made never got one so I called and can't get anyone to give me a quote on a new gooseneck
I bought three trailers from Midway and when I had to have one repaired due to a tire coming apart on the first trip out the manager refused to take care of the damage under warranty even though the tires had Road hazard warranty. He said he had to take care of his vendors. I refuse to do business with anyone who puts their vendors before their customers
RecommendedFirst time taking my mobile grooming trailer to them and was not let down. Curtis, the sales associate, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, excellent customer service skills, easy to work with, and professional. Everyone there was very friendly. I absolutely love my new wheels on my trailer and my trailer brakes work again! Highly recommend this shop. Prices are fair. I will certainly be back.
