I've been a customer for 7 years and some months, back in the days it was such a wonderful experience dealing with Alphonzo who's no longer there. But the new employees I've gotten to know have been just as courteous and helpful. I have experience the rates changing a few times and the late fees are a bit much in my opinion. Other than that, the place is always clean and I've had 3 different units..
A very professional and comfortable greeting that meant a lot to me which made it easier for me to talk to her about what size of storage I needed she offered me water and they had little snacks and they have raffles which shows that they care and on top of that the prices is much cheaper then where I've been storing my things at that's why I'm changing my location for my storage and plus they stay open till 9 p.m. that means a lot especially when you have to get off work and rushed to a location that stays open until 6 p.m.... read more
