SCAM!!! You pay but they won't give you the code to the lock thats on your unit. So you can't even get into the unit you just payed for and no one will answer the phones and no one is there. Had to just eat 40 bucks and go somewhere else. These guys suck!
If I could rate this lower I would, so I gave it a 1. I purchased a unit to store my college dorm belongings for a few weeks before moving elsewhere. Upon my arrival, I tried using my lock code they provided to get into my storage unit. It did not work. I tried multiple combos in which those did not work either. There was another guest that happened to be around, in which i asked him if he knew how i could get ahold of an employee. He told me that it takes a while to get ahold of anyone and to keep calling. The place is ok, but there is a rotting dead cat right next to the lock box drop off. Poor cat :(
