The Advantage Program I have been a customer of Midway Services since 2009 & for the most part I trusted the employees who came to my house. I was sold the advantage program for a new a/c unit at a cost of $9,323.00 in February 2021. I called for a payoff today & as of 11/17/2025 my payoff is $9,032.91. What did I pay for the 1st 4 1/2 years? Being a long time customer of Midway I accepted the Rep. who sold me on this contract. I took him at his word and did not review the rest of the contract. Call someone else! $1600+ for a 40 gallon electric water heater, in the garage! There technician ( more like salesman, phd in chemistry? Why are you a plumber?) All he wanted to sell was an expensive water treatment system ($5500 on top of the water heater)! Told me about there interest free financing, read the small print (27% interest if you miss a payment)! It was my girlfriend's house, she asked about a cash discount, 10% was the best they would do.
