I've rented from Midway Rental multiple times, using various pieces of equipment, and I'm always impressed! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, consistently going the extra mile to ensure I understand and can properly use their rentals. Their prices are great, and the equipment is always well-maintained. I'll definitely be back for future projects!
Rented scaffolding. Used two levels bringing the scaffolding to 10 feet which requires a safety railing according to osha standards. The railing was not includes in the original bid. I had to go back to get the pins to connect the levels. The pins just fell out as they did not have a level to close it off. I had to go to the Whitefish rental location to secure the safety bars and posts. Again, no one have me pins. I took the pins on my own accord but they dis not secure the posts. Been going here for years. The customer service has seriously plummeted. Everyone here is perpetually in a bad mood and/or there is a moral issue across the board. Last time here my ten year old son even said (without me saying a word) nobody seems like they want to work here. Employees need retraining on customer service and higher management should consider retraining all management at this location. Maybe pick a different equipment rental location until someone figures out how to right the ship.
I called to inquire about the cost of an equipment rental. The person on the phone was very helpful. I definitely would recommend this business.
