Engine light on...after nearly $300.00, engine light still came on. Now told I need $360.00+ work on another issue. Nope. After 3 years, customer service is less than 1 star. They won't listen to your concerns.
Pretty bad when you tell them exactly which sensor to remove, and the "Know it all mechanic" cannot take off the correct sensor. Honestly, I was told NOT to take my vehicle there, but they were the only ones that could get to my car right then. I don't even want to give them 1 star, but I can't cut it down to 3% of a star.
Simple oil change and they forgot to put the oil cap back on. Drove to Madison only to discover it's gone and oil all over my engine compartment. Truck was in perfect condition until the oil change.
