Tim in the parts department is Very Rude. Not professional at all. He acts like he doesn't want to do his job
Called and asked for a washer motor, kid at the counter said they had it, and it was 21.54. Hurried there to get the motor and the same kid said they don’t have it, and if they did it would be $54. Horrible service, ignorant staff.
Beware Luis he'll charge you extra. I went into auto parts hoping to buy a part that was in stock without no issues or drama. Luis tried to charge me full price for the part saying my part number was wrong... I told him I was able to put the vin number of my car online thru the Nissan website so I'll go ahead with my judgment I'll buy it. AND then he said he won't be able to give me the part at the sales price because another guy who works there is in charge of online prices. Sooo then asked him when is he coming in..
