Very disappointing and disorganized experience. It was a busy evening with multiple people waiting for pedicures, but there seemed to be no clear system in place and people were getting skipped. I arrived before another customer, made that clear, and they still seated her before me. Everyone’s time is valuable. Another customer even walked out upset after already being seated for a pedicure because they left her to work on someone else. My second time I wasn’t happy with my full set but went back anyway because my daughter wanted a pedi on the hello kitty chair . I had to go somewhere else to get my fat nails fixed . As my daughter’s nails horrible $30 for this . It’s been two days and the paint came off . Never again will I go back .
Waited way to long had me sit in a chair for almost an hour
Had multiple visits- overall. Not my go to. Way understaffed. Your next- turned to an hour wait. I left. Zero communication other than that initial lie.
