I was fortunate to have Tom Ruxlow as my sales associate to help me purchase my 2020 GMC 2500 today. His expertise and patience allowed me to make a smooth purchase and he was very helpful in showing me the functions of the vehicle. I will be recommending him and the dealership to my friends.
For a relatively small service task the charge was more than double what I know from item for item comparison that an another mechanic would charge. I’ve come here before and thought they were high but reasonable. This was not reasonable. It was ridiculous. In hindsight I wish I hadn’t come here and this experience told me I won’t come back any more.
Took my 2018 Cadillac CTS-V in for service. Couldn’t get into my trunk and my CUE system wasn’t working properly. Both were fixed in a timely manner. They kept me informed and gave me a car to drive. Great experience.
Everyone is very friendly & polite & they check with you before putting a new part on. I had nio problem on setting up an appt. for next day service
Jon Koehn and Gabe Goering were very friendly and helpful on our 1st visit. Jon is very knowledgeable on the Ford products and very helpful in finding the info if he didn’t know. We have had a good experience with Jon as our salesman.

My car wouldn’t start when I was going to run an errand. The car was in the garage. I called Midway Motors to see if they could help me. They came to my home and jumped the car and took it to their shop to check the battery, then replaced the battery and brought it back to me. I would certainly recommend Midway Motors.
