Needed to find a vehicle quickly and on a budget. Neil Dykes had the vehicle I was looking for. Nice truck, great price. Excellent job in the detail shop and all service issues were handled promptly by Daryl Brunsell and his professional staff in the service department. Rudy was very patient and worked very hard to find me something within my wants and my budget. Ed searched until he found me the very best interest rate and monthly payment. Then my car & the paperwork was delivered to me, so I could have my car right away because my work schedule was so that it would be 2 to 3 days before I could get the car. What great guys.

I purchased a new vehicle from Oscar Koehn last month and must say it was a wonderful experience. He was upfront with me on the pricing which is something I hadn't experienced at other dealerships. What made my experience even better was that Oscar took the time to introduce me to the entire dealership. If you purchase a car there he will get you a free oil change and a free loaner vehicle for life. The sales rep was helpful and continued to look with us until we found the vehicle that suited our family and budget. The finance staff and manager worked with us to get the best possible interest rates and payment installments. The service department is well versed and accomadating with a loaner vehicle and fast service. We have enjyed the relationship with the dealership and refered our son. My wife is especially happy except for the two dents she put in the vehicle already.
I think Midway Motors and Steve Floyd is great. Steve was a good person to work with and my wife and I really enjoyed him a lot. Steve is a great asset to your company. I hope he made the salesperson of the month he deserves it. All the people at Midway Motors was friendly and courteouse and was a real pleasure to work with. I have given this dealership, Steve Floyd, Corey Hoover, and everyone else that we worked with a great rating because this was truly the best car buying experience that I have every had. Their moto "Come be part of family", is truly how my husband and I felt. Everyone did a wonderful job of explaning everything from the financing to options on the car, etc. I would highly recommned this dealership to anyone.
