i have helped four people , two are my adult children and two friends of mine. my daughter had the battery go down 5 miles away when she stoped to get gas. I had all ready left when she called me, i called Ali and he said i will treat her like my daughter. HE PUT a brand new 140.00 battery in free.Ali is fair and will try to make it right if something unforseen comes up.my son had a cooling issue and he fixed it after we had the car during the cold months and when it warmed up it was not working he didnt have to do that!
