Seems rundown and poorly maintained. Owners don't care about property is how I personally take it. No Pride

Managment is Awesome!!! The park has seen lot of improvements since the new ownership has bought the property! Trees trimmed, old houses removed, lot cleaned up!
This property is amazing, great place to live! All the improvements going on and community cleanup is just great! Christine the manager is super nice and willing to go above and beyond
