Management was a nightmare the whole time and now that we have moved out they haven’t returned our security deposit. Management is never in the office or ever answers the phone.
We love working with Ms. Christine, she's one of the best property managers in the business. This park is under new ownership and management, and they are doing a fantastic job. Highly recommend this park and all of their other communities.
Recently changed owners the new people are impossible to contact.
The ownership changed within 4 months of myself moving here. We were not made aware of this until it had happened. The last month that the old company was still in charge, my water bill went from the normal 70 to 370. I reached out to the office and no one ever got back to me, now knowing they were switching companies, makes sense. I do believe that the previous owners scammed myself and possibly others by hundreds if not thousands during their last month here.
