I had the WORST experience dealing with this company. It took them four months to sort out a simple claim. I even tried communicating with the manager, he was horrid. They never answered any of my questions at first, I had to email the same question multiple times, even then I got 3-5 word answers. They were not professional and their customer service was awful!
