This is a great dealership. The purchase experience was low pressure, and everyone I interacted with was easy to talk to and very straightforward. The service side is identical, good service and straightforward honest service advisors. I will be looking here first for all my vehicles in the future.
My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Midway Hyundai, they were super helpful the entire process, enthusiastic about answering questions and addressing concerns as well as maintaining a supportive and no pressure attitude. Brad and Tommy were excellent in helping us feel secure about the purchase we were making and ensuring that it was at the price point we desired.
Great on communication anytime I need service and come in, quick and friendly staff. The lounge area (should you choose to wait) is comfortable and provides refreshments.
Fantastic experience in finding a new car. Special shoutout to Mark (sales) in answering all my questions and helping me select my Santa Fe, and Tommy (financial/warranties) in helping me understand all the specifics with extended warranties and protections. 10/10 would recommend to future people interested in a Hyundai.
