Well, to start with companies are often using “sealed” transmissions, and in this case Hyundai only replaces them rather than reseals/repairs them. It’s more efficient as it’s much faster than waiting on your trans to be remanufactured. It turns out, I had a seal leak on the transmission case (small, but there) so it was recommended I had it replaced. Midway Hyundai, here in Pist Falls, Idaho did the work. I cannot recommend Midway Hyundai enough. I had some pretty sub par dealership experiences in the past so I was definitely on guard at first, but the numbers and service don’t lie. Bryson (the sales representative), Tyson (one of the owners), and Tommy in finance were all great to work with. The trade-in value they gave me was more than fair and they even recommended that I go with the option that was less profitable for them but more advantageous for me. Bryson my salesman and Tom in finance were very knowledgeable about the products and kind and patient when asked questions. They made my experience relaxed and easy. I have owned 3 Hyundai's in the last 10 years and have had very good experiences with the vehicles and the customer service, particularly at MidWay Hyundai in Post Falls Idaho !!! Way to go HYUNDAI and MIDWAY in POST FALLS IDAHO!!!
