Midway Hollow Pet Clinic / Dr. Carroll is the best veterinary in DFW Being in the business of selling Champion Sired English bulldogs it was essential to have a great veterinary. When you deal with such an expensive and high maintenance breed a good veterinary is simply not good enough. Outstanding work, excellent communication, very reasonable prices We just picked up our Maltese, Bumbles, from the clinic. This dog is the apple of our family's eye, and there is hardly anything we wouldn't be willing to pay to get him feeling better. Here is our story: Bumbles stopped eating for two days. Great vet for diabetic animals Dr Carroll took care of both my diabetic cats and gave them great care. I was very active in their treatments and Dr Carroll always listened and valued my home testing results. He always supported me when I knew it was time to adjust their insulin dosage. When I moved to Dallas I checked with a diabetes support group, and Dr. Carroll came highly recommended. I'd recommend him for anyone with a diabetic animal. I still use Dr. Carroll for my other cat who has no major health issues.
Dr. Carroll and Staff Dr. Carroll is the most wonderful vet in the world. I recently had to put down my beloved pit bull, Keyshawn. Dr. Carroll told me that she would continue to bite and torment my other dogs. That that was just a glitch in her nature. He saved her life twice. Once when she ate decon, once when she jumped out of the car! He didn't push me to do anything. When the time came after another "incident", he and his staff were loving and kind to my dog and to me. Best doggy doc! We were recommended Dr Carroll by our Golden Retriever breeder. She has 12 of her own Goldens and highly recommended him. We've been taking our puppy there for about 6 months now and have delighted with the service and care that she receives. As others have said, he has a real love for the animals he treats, exceptional prices and I can't rate him highly enough. Still wonderful Dr. Carroll has been caring for pets and their owners for over a decade (at least that's how long I've known him). While imminently competent, his biggest offerings are kindness and compassion for our four-legged - or three-legged - companions. And he does it all for super reasonable prices. Your beloved pet deserves the best! Dr. Paul Carroll's warm, endearing style automatically gives you the confidence you deserve when caring for your precious pet. And his wealth of experience enables him to identify and treat health issues quickly and correctly. You get the impression Dr. Carroll cares every bit as much about your pet as you do! PROS: An experienced, skilled professional and extremely neat person. CONS:
Dr. Carroll is the best! We first came to Dr. Carroll when our dog developed a growth on his rear paw that began to bleed. The vet we were using told us it would cost what was, at the time, a small fortune to fix. A friend recommended we take him to Dr. Carroll - who did the surgery for a fraction of the cost. He puts the welfare of the animals first and foremost and doesn't do unnecessary tests. I will never use another vet. PROS: Cares more about the animals than the bottom line! CONS: Don't think there are any.
Dr. Carroll is the BEST ever! I have used Midway Hollow Pet Clinic since 1984 and can say that no other vet comes close to comparing with Dr. Carroll. He is absolutely the most compassionate and caring doc out there. We have moved to North Carolina and I just got a new Golden puppy and am so disheartened by the level of care here. Dr. Carroll is truly a special person. We will miss his care and love of our Goldens.
