The scenery is excellent with lots of different birds and deer and it's literally right off the highway the heat is free and no trips to the laundromat with in unit washer dryer... What I don't like is the constant thuds and my dishes rattling in the cupboards with every step the upstairs folks take because the walls and ceiling are apparently pretty thin and also this place could stand to lose a couple of their handicapped parking spaces as the are quite a few that never get used and some days parking is pretty scarce. awesome experience
I'm pretty upset I'm moving out of this place. Wish they had 3 bedroom apartments available. Nothing but good things to say about the buildings and management. Great communication and issues were always taken care of promptly. The apartments are great. The walls are nice and thick, you rarely hear anything aside from loud music or raised voices.
The manager of these apartments was extremely helpful and did everything to help the process move along faster. And when there is a problem she is there right away and makes sure it gets taken care of. Huge and spacious as well with garage included! Wait list is not an issue and things run very smoothly. Friendly people and everyone respects eachother and eachothers property. Hands down the best place we rented and just a 10 minute drive from appleton and about 35 from green bay. Highly recommend this place.
We lived here for about 2.5 years. The community is quiet and clean. The units are spacious and affordable. There is a onsite manager who is helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend this place. Only reason we left is to be closer to work.
