Its nice seeing a friendly on-site manager with a smile and a hand shake! Adam made me feel welcome the second I stepped into midway gardens! Very knowledgeable and gave me step by step instructions on how to apply. (I don't like computers) even with having to make new email he made it an easy process. Unfortunately my dog is to big for the pet policy. Still had a great time being walked through their spacious units. Thanks again Adam! And thank you for being patient with this old guy ha
I saw the for rent sign by the road and saw manager on a door. So I went up and knocked. I was a little nervous but this young man Adam opened the door with a smile and offered me to come in because it was cold. He answered all my questions. Even offered me some hot tea. They don't have 1 bedroom units here but gave me his card with a site to check out, and walked me back to my car even. Adam thank you again and God bless.
My Grandaughter had an issue this morning. She was really upset. The apartment manager Adam got maintenance & his regional manager involved to get the issue sorted out efficiently & quickly . He went to the apartment to assure his tenant was safe & issue was resolved. He is an asset to this complex .
The scenery is excellent with lots of different birds and deer and it's literally right off the highway the heat is free and no trips to the laundromat with in unit washer dryer... What I don't like is the constant thuds and my dishes rattling in the cupboards with every step the upstairs folks take because the walls and ceiling are apparently pretty thin and also this place could stand to lose a couple of their handicapped parking spaces as the are quite a few that never get used and some days parking is pretty scarce.
