Midway Freightliner serviced our diesel pusher RV a few times. Each time I was impressed with how customer-service forward they were. I especially appreciated the Service Manager, Brian, who was as knowledgeable as he was compassionate and helpful. Thanks for great service and your attention to detail!
Absolutely outstanding experience! By far the best dealership experience I’ve had anywhere in the U.S. Brian is an excellent technician and an even better person. Despite being fully booked, they took care of my truck, handled everything with the warranty company, and had it back on the road the same day. Great team, excellent communication, and truly outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
