The remanufactured replacement ended up failing — again, not their fault — and they didn’t run from it. They honored their warranty, kept me updated, and made sure everything was resolved the right way. Great people, great service. I’d trust them again without question. Chad, Anthony and Jim are ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
