I came to pick up ONE car on Saturday, I've been waiting for over 1 hour. He just sits and talks on the phone and says that he is very busy.
Poor customer service in the body and collision center. Dropped our truck off there and still can’t get anyone to call me back about the status or when they will start on it for the repairs or what the total of damages are. Always say they’ll email something for us to sign or do this and they never do. Sucks that they’re the only place around to fix our chipper truck
