I can't comment on the doctor as I didn't get to see him but he could improve his staffing and overall the appointment booking process. Their phone is busy most of the time and they do not respond to the queries through their website portal. I wasted a week between back and forth on phone and verifying my insurance and having resending the referral that was already sent. Fortunately there are better options around.

This clinic is the only place I trust for my foot and ankle needs. From making my appointment to the follow-up, I had an easy and carefree experience. Dr. Soo helped me with the pain associated with my flat feet. Overall great experience at this clinic. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great podiatrist!

I highly recommend Midway Foot & Ankle clinic to anyone, especially Athletes! My brother and I, come here quite often as we're prone to injuries when competing in soccer. It's unavoidable, but Andrew always helps us get back on our feet to get us back on the field. The most recent time I was in his clinic was when I fractured my ankle. I remembered that I was in extreme pain even when my ankle was elevated. Andrew diagnosed my ankle and explained to me that I shattered my tibia.
