The doctor is so nice but,his wife/receptionist is VERY RUDE! I've never had anyone in a medical practice act in that manner. I am a MA and I would lose my job if I acted in that manner. Kindness goes a long way,and it wouldn't hurt you to try it. Kindness,empathy,and a smile does everyone good!
