Absolutely a fantastic experience from the excellent communication before our appointment, to getting us in quickly for an emergency, to having Lottie accommodate a change of plans once we arrived and realized it was not such an emergency. Haha. She was so understanding and wonderful to work us in because we had driven an hour and half!
