RecommendedProfessional yet personable! I called on a Monday & was put on the schedule for Tuesday but requested them come ASAP if something came open. During our electrical outage, after the storm, Jake came to the rescue by fixing everything top-notch as well as recommended future improvements. He stayed here until our electric was turned back on by the city to make sure everything functioned as planned. Thank you!!
we have been waiting on completion of security cameras for three months every time I call they tell me next week or the week after. Now today after being told this yet again I ask if by the end of the year their response was we hope so but not sure. The cameras are up all they have to do is hook them to the internet and program them. We told them when they bid the job that we did not have an electrical source on this site they assure us this would not be a problem. Then they found out that it was problem.
Had Steve from Midway out today to track down a problem we had with a light and outlet in our basement that were working just the day before. Have to say he earned his paycheck today just at our place. It took much patience and persistence but he tracked the problems down and got them corrected. Professional, persistent, courteous, we’ve used Midway before and will continue to do so and cudos to Steve.

Their tech showed up at our house, even with not knowing the roads in our area, plus the school busses picking up the kids in the area, he was on time, he found our problem within minutes and had the problem fixed, a gfi plug was burnt almost into, he had the part and was done in less than 30 mins.
