Horrible! It's too bad that this clinic has the face of one very rude receptionist to represent it. As soon as I walked in, I was rushed to provide paperwork. There was nobody else in the office, so it was not busy. She is a blonde lady, probably the one being named in the previous review. She seemed to have other things going on which doesn't make her a good customer service representative. She obviously was not able to multi task. This clinic has poor customer service. The receptionist, Shirley Ray, is very rude and does not verify information from the donor. I if she makes a mistake and you acknowledge it, she will respond in a negative way. If you can, please avoid this clinic.
