I've been to this place a few times, but I feel uncomfortable with the male boss's inappropriate behavior, so I don't want to recommend it. While boasting about 20 years of experience, I said that the Gucci silk scarf and very expensive sheepskin skirt I was going to dry-clean would not be as clean and dry as I wanted. But the boss sarcastically said, "probably not real silk, not real sheepskin." unprofessional to talk to customers, I want to be humble!

They are liars the owner has hallucinations and is crazy: We delivered a jacket that costs like $100 and told the owner it needs the zipper to be changed, so when I got back on the day I was supposed to receive it, and guess what he had only dry cleaned it (something I didn't even ask for) and wanted $35 (while the initial price was supposed to be $15) he threatened me to not give the jacket and said he doesn't care if I contact the police. I didn't since he didn't give me a receipt.

I've lived in the building for 30 years, but was always told by people, not to go there. There's a reason 200+ people that live upstairs walk the extra few blocks to a different cleaners and now I know why. The wife of this husband and wife run team is nice, but definitely greedy and snobby. If you see her walking around in her high end designer clothes, nicer than the wife's of the investment banker upstairs, you'll get the sense they must be gauging you, and that's because they are.
