If zero stars were an option, that’s what they would get. We Scheduled my husbands truck for issues to be FIXED and they ended up having the truck for two days, to give us a quote. We never asked for a quote, we wanted the issues taken care of, which was stated and confirmed on the initial phone call to set this up. We never got a phone call the first day stating the truck wouldn’t be done, let alone the second day to let us know the quote that we didn’t ask for was ready.
