If zero stars were an option, that’s what they would get. We Scheduled my husbands truck for issues to be FIXED and they ended up having the truck for two days, to give us a quote. We never asked for a quote, we wanted the issues taken care of, which was stated and confirmed on the initial phone call to set this up. We never got a phone call the first day stating the truck wouldn’t be done, let alone the second day to let us know the quote that we didn’t ask for was ready. Great service couldn't help us maybe because we didn't buy our Equinox from them
I bought my camaro out of state due to limited inventory locally. I brought it to Midway for it's first oil change. The service was performed extremely professionally. The communication was very professional, and I felt as if my car was in good hands. The service was completed promptly, and the vehicle was returned with no sign that anyone had been in it. That's all you can ask for!
I haven’t had any work done here. But, I stopped in to consult them about a bill from another dealership. They were extremely helpful and Misty took the time to get me some answers. Thank you!
