Never friendly. Also apears to be the only dealership in the valley that "doesn't give out part numbers because they dont."
I'm gonna bump up the parts dept. These guys have centuries of knowledge between them and are always happy to assist with questions I've had and show me diagrams and anything else that could help, yes prices are high for gm oem parts but if you go to the dealer for cheap parts you should know better. When I can't fix something this has always been my last resort. Thank you for the yrs of service
Place is Awsome always has what I need
Took my tri blazer 2021 for oil change.I told the staff shmail that breaks making noise and I need to press the pedal real hard for the vehicle to stop can you look into it and fix it and he said it’s common fault on tri blazer and didn’t do anything to fix the problem.I’m going to return this car back this summer when lease is over and go with different brand.poor customer service for suck brand GMC and poor quality product
