Spoke to a Mike in the Service Department. Answered the phone with a very displeasing attitude, like he was annoyed I called. Very rude and dismissive. I began asking a question and he cut me off and just said " i am not diag. over the phone". Did not hear my question, or concern just cut me off and followed with "I can make you an appointment. Parts Department Review Absolutely terrible experience with the parts department. I called 5 separate times over the course of 3 days, and every single time I was put on hold for 10+ minutes without anyone coming back to help me. I’ve genuinely had shorter hold times calling the IRS than I did trying to get through to this dealership’s parts department.
