I have purchased several vehicles over the years and Louis at Midway provided us with hands down one of the best experiences we've had. We purchased a pickup for our eldest kid for college and worked directly with Louis. He was extremely helpful and not pushy whatsoever! It was obvious he really cared and by getting us what we wanted, we didn't feel like just another customer. Had my credit ran without ever hearing back from them after financial paperwork was done to only see online a day later the car we were interested in is sold… even with great excellent credit…Extremely hard to get ahold of and work with.. seemed to not care about getting business. Disappointed to not even hear a word back that the car we wanted sold. Why even run my credit if you do zero following up?
