5 star car rental in Thousand Oaks. Had another local car rental company cancel our reservation day of, so we had to switch to Midway - and we should’ve reserved with them from the get go. Customer service is elite. We told them what we needed the rental for and they said we needed a bigger car. They upgraded us for no extra charge, and the larger car was great. A+ rental experience….
I had such a wonderful experience with Midway Car Rental! Especially,Paul was so kind and made everything super easy from start to finish. I got a brand new 2025 Chevy Trax, and it was spotless, comfortable, and such a smooth drive. The price was great, and pickup and drop-off were quick and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be renting from Midway again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly and reliable car rental experience! Again thank you Mr Paul.
Made a reservation as I drove to their Thousand Oaks location after my own car broke down. They had a car ready to go when I arrived and the check-out process speedy. Check in was even easier. The car was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Superior "VIP" level service all around. I've used them several ties since and the experience continues to be top-tier. Had a very frustrating experience here as I am getting my driver's license renewed and currently have the temporary paper license issued to me by the DMV. This place has a policy (apparently) that they do not accept temporary licenses under any circumstances. I walked 50 feet up the street to Enterprise and they were able to verify me and get me a car no problem.
