Quite honestly the worst experience with a car rental agency. As someone who travels often and also works in customer service this place is not it. The reason they have so many five stars is cause they tell you they’ll give you free days if you mention their name and leave a review. The gentleman whose name I don’t want to mention that assisted me was nice but did make a joke I didn’t appreciate it.
