Terrible experience — avoid this dealership at all costs! I traded in one vehicle at this dealership, and it has been a complete nightmare. It’s been over two months, and they still haven’t paid off the loan on the car I traded in. Because of their negligence, I had to continue making payments myself — and they have not reimbursed me a single dollar. The salesperson who sold me the car was very unreasonable. I had a very bad experience with this dealer. They do not keep their promises, they do not answer the phone at all, and their behavior is unprofessional. I highly recommend avoiding this dealer. Save your time and energy — look for someone who values their customers.
