Excellent service all the way around!
My son's car stalled and was affected by the flooding in Norfolk on 8/4/2026. I did some searching, read reviews and started to call several shops. Midway stood out right away from my phone call and we had his car towed to their shop. How the front office handles customers over the phone matters. We needed his car checked for water intrusion in the engine. Due to the high volume of maintenance at the time, they were not able to put the car on a lift and run a full diagnostic of the car. Called the office to inquire about a state inspection for that day. Told to "get in line" by 4 PM and they could do it. Arrived at 3:40 PM. A guy from the garage came out and told us that they were no longer doing inspections for the day and sent us away.
Morgan and his team are very professional and thorough. From the office lady to the guy cleaning the bathroom you get a good vibe from everyone that works there. They have great prices but have a finance option as well. Don't live with that check engine no longer , take your vehicle to midway .
I was in and out in no time for a state inspection..great service too! I would definitely recommend them.
