If you’re a single woman and plan on coming here to get your state inspection done! DO NOT COME! They will take advantage of you. Waste $20 on getting an inspection done just for them to fail me because my rotors were “worn out, & rusty” mind you my car is practically brand new! They tried to charge me $570 for a repair that takes 1 hour and the parts cost about $90! A damn Joke. SCAM artist! I came to another inspection point just to get a second opinion and I PASSED! Within 25 mins! Save your money!

I have taken my car here several times since I moved to Norfolk a couple of years ago. Always satisfied with their work and the turnaround time is also impressive; they are usually able to get my car in and complete the work the same day that I call. Excellent customer service.
