I have never felt the desire to google review a car shop. This place is SO amazing because they're NORMAL people handling their duties in a NORMAL way. Down to earth staff, communication is clear in person and on phone, they genuinely care about the people they're talking to, and their efficiency in their tasks is AAAAAAA+++++
Customer service is trash. I came here as my check engine light came on so...made an 8:30 appointment the previous day. I showed up and no one was in the office so I waited outside the office where the staff could see me. I waited for 20 minutes, no one aknowledged me at all. Other people that came in after me were greeted and helped. After I spoke up the girl apologized and said she thought I was waiting for an inspection, although the guy that took the appointment walked by me several times and never aknowledged me at all.... read more
Very pleased with this shop. Very quick with A/C repair and the price was extremely fair. I'll be bringing our other vehicles here in the future.
POOR SERVICE & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. COUNT YOUR SCREWS CAUSE THEY TAKE YOUR BUMPER OFF AND DONT PUT THE SCREWS BACK. DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AT ALLLLLLL
