Had to leave the place without procedure because it was enough 😡Dr Kolade doesn’t care about the concerns of the patients. All he does is laugh at the patients, very disrespectful and unprofessional. Won’t be coming back. However, lovely and very helpful receptionists.
I have been seeing Dr Kolade for the past 2years.. No fault, whatsoever. He is very friendly, approachable and very professional in his line of duty. He is our current family GP after moving from Cannington Medical Centre. The practice is clean, tidy and has no issues. Would recommend him to anyone seeking a GP who is willing to listen to your concerns and offers great insight, advice and guidance.
My elderly and financially strapped parents went here when they were visiting from another country. When they returned home they tried to claim back and were told they needed a report from the doctor as proof of their visit in order to get their money back. The doctor refused to provide this without them paying for another appointment!!! I also had an appointment with them where I was unable to claim directly using easy claim so the receptionist promised that she would submit my claim online within the next 5 minutes.
