This place is in a great location. The application process was straight forward and the manager that I met is a no nonsense kinda fellow who was happy to assist a first time renter. The grounds are well kept and it's a great price, thanks again to the folks at MidTown SA!
Our experiences with Michael and his company were very questionable. He had us give certified funds to him personally for our fees, and not made payable to the company. Most application fees are less than $50 and not made payable to a person! After we qualified to rent, he decided to make our dogs qualify through a screening process he knew nothing about, including the fees or even how to interpret the outcome. Michael is a very very rude something and I do say something because I don't consider him human the mess that he does is not right and he is all about how he can make you the tenants put more money in his pocket all by making up his on rules as he goes on DAY by day filling up his pockets off of people that are barley making it may God have mercy on his greedy greedy soul I don't see how people like him even live with their self you splitting up family's like you have I pray that God have so much pity on your rotten soul you... read more
