Westberry Apartments are amazing! Clean and well maintained. I appreciate how they have preserved the historic look and feel of the building. The front office staff is very nice and helpful. Best apartment value in Fort Wayne!
I’ve been a resident with Midtowne for almost five years now. Maintenance has always been inconsistent and done shoddy work, but now it’s been almost five days without working heat during the coldest part of the year. Heat went out Friday, they made me wait until their preferred contractor was available Monday when the temperature was 4 degrees out. They talk down to you when they send you notifications about not to use certain appliances that are backed up due to pipes getting clogged. And they get smart-mouthed with you when you start asking questions about said issues. Hell of a way to treat the very tenants who pay their salary every month via rent.
They are fast and helpful. I have already recommended them to coworkers. Best company to work with.
Staff is excellent with text updates. Maintenance is on top of everything. I have no complains. Been a tenant for MidTowne for 15 months. Follow the rules!!
