We have been taking our pets to Dr. Zimber for about 40 years, even before he started Midtown Veterinary. He is the only vet who serves all manner of pets, rather than only cats, in the city of Rochester. In addition to superb medical care he offers very timely, well considered advice on seemingly any subject related to animals. Love this hospital. It's in an area where there are a lot of people without money. The charges are fair and it's obvious this animal hospital is about the love and care of animals/pets first over money. Never have to wait long for an appointment or sit in the waiting room long. It's almost like a best kept secret for excellent animal care in the Rochester area.
Does this veterinarian give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!
