Everyone is super nice and genuine. They care and are great at what they do. I've spent most of my time with Lisa. She is amazing.
Dr Tailor is very intelligent and From the moment you walk in, the staff is all so sweet and generous, my husband are very picky but he felt completely at home. Dr Tailor took the time to understand all his concerns and address them we will be telling all our friends and family to come to this practice. Dr. Taylor and her staff are so considerate and professional. All equipment is modern and clean. Services are done with great care.
Dr. Taylor, Lisa and Mel are always friendly and are glad to see me. Now there is Betty who is a new and worthy addition to the staff.They are very punctual so I know that I can easily plan my day around my dental appointments. I have a history of grinding and clenching which has resulted in long term dental complications. Dr. Taylor monitors them and recommends treatments. I notice that she is cautious about being too aggressive and she is aware of my budget so that she can help me prioritize treatments (crowns, etc.).
Had preparation for cap with lots of drilling (it seemed to me). I felt nothing but pressure. Dr. Tailor and Beni did a great job! Always a positive experience at Midtown Smiles! I'm extremely pleased with this practice and would recommend it to anyone!
