Worst place to rent from ! Everything I had in this storage was ruined . $10,000 dollar worth of furniture ruined by mice shit and spiders every where . The Rats ate my furniture , ruined pictures , tvs etc . I never should have left my belongings here I should have went to extra space storage or cube smart . Contacting a lawyer over this matter this should not have happened or allowed .
Customer service girl is SO RUDE. I cannot believe she talks to customers this way. Says they’re only open 8am-1pm and will yell at you and have the worst attitude if you try and get in at 5pm. The sign outside says gate hours are 7am-9pm.
All i gotta say is whoever hired this new girl made a big mistake . she is always rude over the phone seems to only work when she feels like it every time ive called there always closed or closing . its 1pm in the afternoon and according to her there closed . Need to move ASAP !!!Time is say open till 9pm guess not .
Worst storage facility I have ever used !!! Be careful because they will charge you extra without any notification of any changes. My property was also damaged due to several leak in my unit. Be careful !!! Should have gone to extra space storage facility instead !!!😡
