I lived there in two different buildings and the buildings were clean and good. I would go back there to live. The managemant was pleasant and tried to be helpful. Some poeple are never satisfied.
This place is filthy and falling apart. You will find people drinking, doing, and selling drugs. I wouldnt doubt it if you found prostitution too. The rooms smell like ashtrays. The manager has a lack of morals and will cheat you out of your money.
Do not rent from here, the place is nasty/dirty, the management cares nothing of your problems only of making money, and the air is turned off leaving the people on the second floor gasping for breath its so hot. DO NOT RENT
Well when I stayed there, I think it was just fine. Its a place to start.Now I own my own Home. For me it was a leg up, Larry understood my Disability, Im a Veteran. So during my Transition, It got me off the street.its not easy when you have no place to Live. A roof over your head means a lot, when you dont have one.
i dnt even stay there! i went to visit someone and was highly upset with their living conditions. It is filthy to the extreme and it needs to be condemed and the scent is horrible! I would not live here but hey do what you have to do. It doesnt deserve the one star i gave it
