Tim was an absolute nightmare. He charged me 5 times what we agreed. And my wife’s wedding ring came up missing from the counter. Where Tim got his check. I researched Tim Brazeal and found all kinds of criminal activity in his past.
Tim is so responsible for his job and customer’s time, making lots of pictures for “before and after” for customer’s understanding. I literally had no idea when my bay area roof was tilted and had a leaking ceiling inside, he called, came to check and explained what I need to do for that. I definitely will work with him again! He is a professional person for roof for over 40 years!
Tim did an amazing job and is an amazing guy and took all the pictures of his work so i could see all he did on my dad's roof. Plan on using him for any issues with my or families roofs for sure!!!
