Great neighborhood, nice people, and great location! Overall very happy with my house. Such a god layout! A couple issues I've noticed are the base molding throughout is poor craftsmanship. Many nicks in the wood, and a thin cote of paint. Also the driveway is a mess. Don't know how many blemishes can happen while pouring cement! Cole has been fantastic!! He is always very willing, and in a timely matter to fix any issues, and goes above and beyond what is asked of him! Thank you!!
