I’ve lived with a handful of property companies in the CU area over the years and Midtown Properties was hands down the best experience I’ve had. The location is perfect; it’s within walking distance to both downtown and campus. It’s a secure building with only a handful of neighbors, so it’s very peaceful. The full size washer/dryer, beautiful unit, and onsite parking was also a HUGE plus. They even let us use some of their furniture that we didn’t have. Great landlords! Very easy to get ahold of with a solid maintenance team. Definitely leagues above some of the large local housing companies. Also, very centrally located, with walking to campus or downtown Champaign both reasonable.

The best apartment I stayed in during my time at UIUC. Love how secure the building is and how modern the units are. Everyone was so helpful and responsive!

Stayed here for 18 months and had a great experience. There were no major issues, and the if there was something that came up it was addressed immediately. It is also a great location for a young professional in CU.

Currently live in this apartment and I gotta say that this is the best apartment you can ever find in campus. I work as a leasing agent and have seen lots of apartments, and I can prove that this is the best option you van ever find.
