I initially had a positive experience with Dr. Elizabeth Luong and her staff. However, over time, I became increasingly concerned with the office’s approach to patient care. It appears the focus has shifted from providing quality dental services to cutting corners and imposing unnecessary charges and fees on patients. Place is awful. I was in network and they tried to charge $100 for a regular cleaning. I’ve also had the dentist and hygienist here cancel on me but somehow I got charged $50 for not showing up! I went to smile island which was out of network and paid $10 for a normal cleaning. Midtown Professional Dentistry also did not accept what my in network insurance paid them, so they tried to scam me to pay them more. Do not go here the reviews are probably bots.
Terrible experience today. I have been coming to this office for 9 years. It changed owners a while ago, but kept many of the same staff that provided direct service, so I continued. As I was waiting in the lobby, a HUGE red cockroach was heading right for me. I jumped up and stepped on it - making some noise in the process. The office staff came out to see what happened. I have anxiety when it comes to dental procedures and Dr. Luong and her team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ease my stress in every visit. I had my first cavity filling and it was so easy and painless. I felt completely taken care of. It is clear that patient care and comfort is a top priority. I highly recommend them for any dental needs.
