We used Midtown to replace several toilets earlier this year and were pleased with the job, so contacted them when we needed to have pipe to sewer replaced. That was a mistake. The job was rushed and we were left with a mess, including having to deal with the old pipe and outlet just left exposed. When we complained, we were told that everything was done right and that the state our property was left in was normal. We've had several plumbing diasters this spring during the height of covid. Each time Midtown has promptly responded and provided exceptional service. The technicans have consistently been very mindful of safety precautions and wore their mask. We felt safe having them in our home and were very pleased with the work!
Midtown replaced a water heater very quickly for us so we had them back to replace galvanized pipes under our older home. They were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Very glad to have found them!
